About Me

Cooking is my passion, my hobby and my everyday life.

Whether I'm feeling happy, restless or (very rarely) angry – cooking is my go-to activity, the one that grounds me and brings me joy.

And luckily: I love to eat too.

My first cooking experiences were on a toy stove – with tiny little pots in which I could actually cook real food. My first cookbook was written by my mum: family recipes, scaled down to fit my toy stove.

That's how I burned my first onions, ran pancake experiments and tested the line between delicious and inedible.

A lot has changed since then. 17 years of professional restaurant kitchen experience and many, many cookbooks later, I now cook – still curious and adventurous – exclusively vegan. Dishes from around the world and recipes of my own creation.
